Getting Started with ZenFlip

Welcome to ZenFlip by Zentrovia Solutions. This guide walks you through creating your account, signing in, and getting oriented with the dashboard so you can start publishing interactive flipbooks right away.

Creating Your Account

You have two ways to sign up for ZenFlip:

Sign Up with Email

1. Visit https://zenflip.app/signup

2. Enter your full name, email address, and a strong password

3. Click Create Account

4. Check your inbox for a verification email from ZenFlip

5. Click the Verify Email link in the email to activate your account

Tip: If you don't see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after 24 hours, so verify promptly.

Sign Up with Google

1. Visit https://zenflip.app/signup

2. Click Continue with Google

3. Select your Google account and authorize ZenFlip

4. Your account is created and verified automatically - no email confirmation needed

Logging In

Once your account is verified, head to https://zenflip.app/login and sign in with your email and password, or click Continue with Google if you used Google OAuth during signup.

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. You'll receive a password reset email with a secure link to set a new password.

Your Dashboard at a Glance

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard - your home base for everything in ZenFlip. Here's what you'll find:

Top Navigation

• Publications - View and manage all your flipbooks

• Analytics - Track reader engagement across your publications

• Team - Invite collaborators and manage roles (available on Creator plans and above)

• Settings - Update your profile, branding, billing, and account preferences

Publications Overview

The main area of the dashboard shows your publications in a grid or list view. Each publication card displays:

• Thumbnail - A preview of the flipbook cover

• Title - The name of your publication

• Status - Draft, published, or processing

• Views - Total page views since publishing

• Last Updated - When the publication was last modified

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can:

• Create New Publication - Click the prominent + New Publication button to upload a PDF and start building a flipbook

• Search & Filter - Use the search bar to find publications by title, or filter by status

• Sort - Arrange publications by date created, last updated, or view count

Choosing Your Plan

ZenFlip offers four plans to match your needs:

You can start on the free Explorer plan and upgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Every plan comes with the Price Lock Pledge - your price never increases after you sign up, even if we raise prices later.
