The ZenFlip Price Lock Pledge

We believe that when you agree to pay for a product, that price should stay the same for as long as you keep using it. No surprises. No annual increases buried in an email you missed. No "we've updated our pricing" notices that double your bill overnight.

That is why every paid ZenFlip plan comes with our Price Lock Pledge.

How It Works

Your subscription price is locked from the moment you sign up. If you subscribe to the Creator plan at $29/month today, you pay $29/month for as long as you remain a continuous subscriber. It does not matter if we raise prices for new customers next year - your rate stays the same.

This applies to every paid plan: Creator, Business, and Enterprise.

Our Three Commitments

1. Your price is locked for the life of your subscription. As long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, the price you agreed to at sign-up is the price you pay. Period.

2. We will give you 90 days written notice before any change. If we ever need to adjust pricing for existing subscribers (which we do not expect to do), we are required to give you at least 90 days advance written notice. Not a banner you might miss - an actual email to your account address.

3. You can cancel without penalty before any increase takes effect. If you receive a price change notice and decide the new price is not right for you, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. No penalty. No hard feelings. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

What Does and Does Not Trigger a Price Change

Your price stays locked when:

  • We raise prices for new subscribers

  • We add new features to your plan

  • We change our pricing page

  • Your subscription renews (monthly or annually)

Your price may change when:

  • You voluntarily upgrade or downgrade your plan (you get the current price for the new plan)

  • Your subscription lapses (if you cancel and re-subscribe later, you get the price available at that time)

  • You explicitly accept a new price after receiving our 90-day notice

The Price Lock Pledge is not just something we say on our website. It is written into Section 4 of our Terms of Service as a binding contractual obligation. If we break it, you have legal recourse.

We wrote it this way on purpose. Trust is earned by making commitments you cannot walk back from.

Why We Do This

The digital publishing industry has a pricing problem. Platforms lure you in with reasonable rates, wait until you have built your library and embedded flipbooks across your website, and then raise prices because they know switching is painful.

We think that is a bad way to treat customers. ZenFlip is built for long-term relationships, and long-term relationships start with honest pricing.

Questions

What if I pause my subscription? If your subscription is paused (not cancelled), the pledge remains in effect. Your locked price resumes when you unpause.

What about taxes? The pledge covers the base subscription price. Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are determined by your jurisdiction and may change based on tax law, not our pricing decisions.

Does this apply to Enterprise custom pricing? Yes. Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually, but the same pledge applies - your agreed rate is locked for the contract term, and any changes require 90 days notice with the right to cancel.

What if ZenFlip adds a premium add-on? New optional add-ons are priced separately. Your base plan price remains locked. You are never forced to purchase add-ons to keep your current features.
