HTML & SCORM Exports
Exports turn a publication into a self-contained package you can host anywhere or upload to a learning management system (LMS), with no ZenFlip link needed to read it.
Who can use exports
Plan: Exports are available on the Creator plan and above. Explorer (free) accounts see an upgrade prompt on the Exports page and can't buy credits or start an export. An active trial of a paid plan counts.
Role: Editors and above can start exports. Only Admins and Owners can buy export credits.
If your organization moves back to Explorer, you can still see your credit balance and download exports you already created (until their download links expire). Starting a new export needs a paid plan again.

You can also choose image quality (Standard, High or Maximum) and, under the export options, the default view, toolbar, thumbnails, page numbers, fullscreen, starting page and logo. SCORM exports also let you set the completion rule (a percentage of pages viewed, or reaching the last page) and turn bookmarking on or off.
Accessibility
Exports are readable by screen readers. Each page carries the publication's text — headings, lists, tables and image descriptions when your PDF was tagged, otherwise the page's extracted text — plus a skip link and the publication's language. An export keeps what it had when it was created, so if an older export has no screen-reader text, create the export again.
Export credits
Each export uses one credit. Credits are bought per export:

Organizations billed in India pay in rupees; everyone else pays in US dollars. The Buy Credits window shows the prices in your billing currency.
An export uses a matching HTML or SCORM credit first and falls back to a Combo credit.
Buying credits
Go to Exports in the sidebar
Click Buy Credits
Pick the credit type and quantity (up to 100 at a time), then click Purchase Credits
Complete payment:
- Organizations billed in India pay in rupees through Razorpay, in a secure payment window on the page. - Everyone else pays in US dollars on a secure Stripe checkout page, then returns to Exports.
Credits show up on the Exports page as soon as the payment is confirmed. An invoice for each purchase appears under Settings → Billing → Billing History, alongside your plan invoices (see Invoices & Payments).
Creating an export
Go to Exports in the sidebar
Under Create New Export, choose the publication. It needs a finished conversion.
Choose the format and quality, and optionally open the export options
Click Start Export
The export runs in the background and its progress is shown in the export history. When it's complete, click Download. Download links stay valid for 7 days after the export finishes. After that, run the export again.
