Explorer (Free)

The Explorer plan is free forever and gives you everything you need to get started:

Creator ($18/month, or $15/month billed annually)

Creator unlocks the full publishing toolkit for individual professionals:

• 100 MB max file size per upload

• 5,000 views/month included

• 3 team members with roles and permissions

• Remove ZenFlip branding

• Full analytics - time on page, page heatmaps, device breakdown, geography, session insights, and analytics CSV export, with 2-year retention

• Lead capture - customizable forms to collect reader information

• Password protection - restrict access to publications

• Custom branding - your logo and viewer colors

• Embed options - iframe and JavaScript SDK embed codes

• Collections - group publications together

Which Currency Am I Billed In?

Subscription prices on this page and on the pricing page are in US dollars (USD).

• Customers in India are billed in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay.

• Everyone else is billed in USD through Stripe.

We don't set prices in other local currencies. If your card is issued in a currency other than USD, your card issuer converts the charge at its own rate on the day you pay, so the amount on your statement in your local currency can differ slightly from month to month even though the USD price never changes. Your bank may also add its own foreign-transaction fee.

The Price Lock Pledge

ZenFlip is committed to transparent, predictable pricing. Our Price Lock Pledge means:

The price you pay when you sign up is the price you'll pay forever.

If we raise prices in the future, your rate stays the same for as long as you maintain an active subscription. This applies to all paid plans - Creator, Business, and Enterprise.

Here's how it works:

• You sign up for Creator at $18/month today

• Next year, we raise the Creator price to $29/month for new customers

• You continue paying $18/month - no changes, no surprises

• If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the current price at that time applies

The Price Lock Pledge is our way of rewarding early adopters and building long-term trust. No hidden fees, no annual price bumps, no bait-and-switch.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

All plans are billed monthly by default. Annual billing is available at a discount:

• Monthly billing - Pay each month, cancel anytime

• Annual billing - Pay upfront for 12 months and pay less per month

What Happens If You Exceed Plan Limits?

ZenFlip doesn't delete your content if you hit your publication limit. Here's what happens:

• Publication limit reached - You can't create new publications, but existing ones remain live and accessible

• You won't be charged overage fees - We don't surprise you with extra charges

• Upgrade anytime - Move to a higher plan to unlock more capacity immediately

If you downgrade from a higher plan and exceed the lower plan's limits, your existing publications stay live. You just can't create new ones until you're within the limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try ZenFlip before committing to a paid plan? The Explorer plan is completely free forever — no credit card required. There is no free trial on the paid plans; start on Explorer and upgrade when you need more. When you upgrade, you get full features immediately.

Do prices include tax? Prices shown are before applicable taxes. Tax is calculated based on your billing location and shown at checkout.

Do you take a cut of what I sell? No. ZenFlip takes no share of your publication sales, reader subscriptions, or ad revenue — readers pay through your own connected Stripe or Razorpay account.

Can I use a discount code? Yes. At checkout, click Add promotion code and enter it before confirming payment. The discount is shown before you pay.

Is there a student or nonprofit discount? Contact us at support@zenflip.io - we offer discounts for educational institutions and registered nonprofits.
