The Price Lock Pledge

ZenFlip is committed to transparent, predictable pricing. Our Price Lock Pledge means:

The price you pay when you sign up is the price you'll pay forever.

If we raise prices in the future, your rate stays the same for as long as you maintain an active subscription. This applies to all paid plans - Creator, Business, and Enterprise.

Here's how it works:

  • You sign up for Creator at $19/month today

  • Next year, we raise the Creator price to $29/month for new customers

  • You continue paying $19/month - no changes, no surprises

  • If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the current price at that time applies

The Price Lock Pledge is our way of rewarding early adopters and building long-term trust. No hidden fees, no annual price bumps, no bait-and-switch.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

All plans are billed monthly by default. Annual billing is available at a discount:

  • Monthly billing - Pay each month, cancel anytime

  • Annual billing - Pay upfront for 12 months, save approximately 20%

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your subscription settings.

What Happens If You Exceed Plan Limits?

ZenFlip doesn't delete your content if you hit your publication limit. Here's what happens:

  • Publication limit reached - You can't create new publications, but existing ones remain live and accessible

  • You won't be charged overage fees - We don't surprise you with extra charges

  • Upgrade anytime - Move to a higher plan to unlock more capacity immediately

If you downgrade from a higher plan and exceed the lower plan's limits, your existing publications stay live. You just can't create new ones until you're within the limit.

Do prices include tax? Prices shown are before applicable taxes. Tax is calculated based on your billing location and shown at checkout.
